Introduction

1. Purpose
The site presents engineering and renovation services in Luxembourg, project qualification via conversational assistant, and technical appointment booking. These Terms do not constitute a works contract; a separate signed quote applies.
2. Access and guest sessions
You must provide accurate information. Session resume tokens are personal and must not be shared. We may suspend access in case of fraudulent use.
3. Intellectual property
Site content is protected. Reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited. Client-uploaded documents remain client property; a technical analysis licence is granted to FORMA for the processing period.
4. Liability
AI-generated summaries are indicative and validated by an engineer before contractual commitment. FORMA is not liable for maintenance interruptions or indirect damages within limits permitted by Luxembourg law.
5. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
