We start by listening. Every project begins with a short discovery phase where we learn about your rooms, constraints, and expectations. From there, we define the design, furniture and renovation direction, map out deliverables, and set a timeline that balances company craft with site clarity.
Yes — strategy is part of everything we do. Before we manufacture or renovate, we clarify how you live, what matters on site, and how the programme should work. That foundation shapes materials, proportions, and every fitted detail through to handover.
Design typically takes 2–3 weeks from brief to a clear package. Bespoke furniture production usually follows in 2–4 weeks. Larger renovation programmes are sequenced with you so company and site delivery stay realistic on both sides.
