FAQ
We start by listening. Every project begins with a short discovery phase where we learn about your rooms, constraints, and expectations. From there, we define the design, furniture and renovation direction, map out deliverables, and set a timeline that balances company craft with site clarity.
Yes — strategy is part of everything we do. Before we manufacture or renovate, we clarify how you live, what matters on site, and how the programme should work. That foundation shapes materials, proportions, and every fitted detail through to handover.
Design typically takes 2–3 weeks from brief to a clear package. Bespoke furniture production usually follows in 2–4 weeks. Larger renovation programmes are sequenced with you so company and site delivery stay realistic on both sides.
That’s completely fine. Many collaborations start that way. We’ll guide you through a short discovery process to clarify your goals and define what makes the most impact — whether it’s custom furniture, millwork, a renovation package, or a full fitted programme.
Yes. The company is based in Soleuvre and we deliver furniture and renovation projects across the Grand Duchy — Luxembourg City, southern communes, north and east. An on-site visit confirms context, access and local constraints before we manufacture.
Every engagement starts with a clear brief and defined scope. We price design, furniture manufacturing and renovation works separately so you always know where the budget goes. A detailed quote is issued before any commitment — no surprises mid-project.
Concept, drawings, company-built furniture, renovation coordination, site supervision and handover of finishes. You have one point of contact and one timeline — from first measure to fitted install.
We stay available for adjustments, preventive maintenance and future upgrades. Manufacturer warranties and our finishing commitments are documented at handover. For minor tweaks, the ACJ Lux desk remains your direct line.
